For those who prefer a more active session, join our dynamic, instructor-led fitness classes:
Total Tone – Full-body conditioning for strength and endurance
Kettlebells – A powerful workout focusing on strength and agility
Chair Fit – A gentle yet effective class tailored for less active participants
Sound Bath Immersion – Experience the deeply restorative power of sound therapy. Our Sound Bath Immersion sessions offer a meditative escape through soothing vibrations – now available in the Exercise studio, Relaxation suite and in the Swimming pool. (Please note: additional charges apply)
Join us on our Stobo Walk and take in the beautiful surroundings of the Scottish Borders with a brisk, 3 mile cross country walk, completed in approximately 1 hour. At your leisure, take a gentle stroll around the Japanese Water Gardens, and also the grounds of the Castle.
Please note that the Fitness Schedule is subject to change and we strongly advise that guests check the Fitness Schedule prior to arriving and on the Spa Courtyard notice board upon day of arrival. All classes are on a first come, first served basis.
