Stobo Fitness Schedule

    The classes we offer range from mind/body such as Yoga, Pilates, Core & More, Chiball and Stretch Release & Relax, which will help you to de-stress, relax and unwind; to our more energetic signature classes such as Functional Rig Training, HIIT, Kettlebells, Bums Legs and Tums and programmes like Kettlercise and Beachbody’s Insanity and Core De Force.  However, don’t miss out on our fun and enthusiastic dance classes all of which will ensure you get a great workout!

    Join us on our Stobo Walk and take in the beautiful surroundings of the Scottish Borders with a brisk, 3 mile cross country walk. At your leisure, take a gentle stroll around the Japanese Water Gardens, owned by the Seymour Family, and also the grounds of the Castle.

    Please note that the Fitness Schedule is subject to change and we strongly advise that guests check the Fitness Schedule prior to arriving and on the Spa Courtyard notice board upon day of arrival.  All classes are on a first come, first served basis except classes marked with an asterisk * (spin or swimfit), which indicates that booking is required. The booking sheet will be on the notice board.
