At Stobo, we operate a staff gratuity scheme whereby 100% of the proceeds is distributed equally amongst all staff (excluding Directors), in relation to the number of hours worked. This generates on average an additional £0.75 per hour (or £1500 per year), over and above the highly competitive financial package offered.
