FOOD AND BEVERAGE ASSISTANT
Stobo Castle Health Spa, Scotland’s only Destination Spa and an award-winning, family-run business, is nestled in the beautiful Scottish Borders countryside just outside Peebles.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our exceptional team.
We have full-time and part-time opportunities available, with immediate start dates. Applicants must be 16 years of age or over.
The Role:
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will support all areas of the Food & Beverage department, working collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will be:
A professional, reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service
Well organised, responsible, and confident multi-tasking
Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Willing to assist across all Food & Beverage outlets when required
Previous experience in a similar role or within a luxury hospitality environment would be advantageous, though not essential, as training will be provided.
