Working with leading professional skincare and spa brands, you will deliver a wide range of luxury face and body treatments, creating a personalised and memorable experience for every guest.

As a Spa Therapist, you will:

Deliver a range of professional face and body treatments to an exceptional standard.

Provide a warm, personalised and attentive experience for every guest.

Carry out consultations and tailor treatments to individual guest needs.

Develop excellent knowledge of our professional skincare and spa brands through ongoing training.

Confidently recommend appropriate products and homecare as part of the guest experience.

Maintain the highest standards of treatment room presentation, cleanliness and hygiene.

Work closely with Spa Reception and the wider Spa team to ensure treatments run smoothly and on time.

Build positive relationships with guests and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere Stobo Castle is known for.

Maintain professional standards of presentation, punctuality and conduct at all times.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a minimum SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Face and Body treatments.

Has a genuine passion for spa, beauty and wellbeing.

Delivers exceptional standards of customer care.

Is confident adapting treatments and communication to suit individual guests.

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Is comfortable recommending products and working towards retail targets.

Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their professional presentation.

Is reliable, punctual and works well as part of a team.

Is committed to continually developing their skills and knowledge.

Is available to work weekends as part of the role.
