The Murray Room
Within the “Murray” room, you’ll find fresh, crisp colours of woodland green and navy. This summer garden room is a firm favourite with our guests, along with “Philipson” which features relaxing shades of teal. Each have two king-sized beds for added comfort.
Both are located on the upper ground floor and, in each, French doors open onto a terrace shared with the adjoining room, inviting you to enjoy the beautiful landscaped gardens and Scottish countryside beyond from the comfort of the rattan loungers.
British perfume house Penhaligons luxury toiletries are available for guests’ use in the bathrooms in their signature scent “Halfeti”, an intoxicating, mysterious fragrance with vigorous grapefruit, creamy jasmine, Levantine spice and rose, suitable for all genders.
Refreshments include bottled water and a box of Walkers shortbread. For something hot, we offer a selection of Pekoe Tea including the bespoke “So Stobo” Sleep flavour and Nespresso coffee, with crockery from the Villeroy & Boch range.
The use of a Dyson hairdryer and fluffy bathrobes, plus complimentary slippers, are all included in a stay in “Murray” and “Philipson”.
