We offer an unrivalled range of spa treatments and choosing the most suitable can be bewildering. To assist you, some treatments feature specific contra-indications – these are a guideline only and you may wish to discuss your suitability for a particular treatment with our highly trained Spa Team. Wherever possible, we will adapt the advertised protocol to meet your requirements.

Payment for additional treatments may be settled on departure.
We are happy to take requests for specific treatment times, however all appointments are subject to availability due to the therapists’ skills and room allocations.
In the event that we are unable to accommodate your treatment request, we can place you on our waiting list and contact you should any treatment times become available.
Confirmation of any additional treatments booked will be emailed in advance of your stay.
On arrival, you will be given your treatment card (please check this as soon as possible) – this will show your treatment times, which may commence from 3.30pm on arrival and finish by 12 noon on your day of departure.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact times in advance of your stay. If you wish to change times, please contact Spa Reception who will be happy to do this, although during busy hours it may not be possible. We endeavour to allocate the same times for guests visiting together.
If you have been ill or received medical treatment within the last 6 months, please consult your doctor before booking treatments (a doctors letter may be required for certain medical conditions).
Please refrain from using mobile phones in the spa area and remove all jewellery before using the spa facilities and prior to the start of your treatment.
Some treatments may restrict your use of the pool and heat treatments.
Intake of alcohol 24 hours prior to treatments should be moderated.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all additional treatments, otherwise the full charge will be made.
Treatment consultation is included within the treatment timing.
Treatments are suitable for 16 years and over, with the exception of Manicures & Pedicures (including Geleration) and the Relaxing Water Massage, which are available for 14 and 15 year olds.
