We advise that additional treatments are booked as far in advance as possible as the Spa Department run to a very tight schedule. We recommend booking at your earliest convenience by calling the Treatments Line on 01721 760344 or emailing email@example.com.
It may not be possible to meet requests from specific treatment times due to the therapists’ skills and room allocations.
In the event that we are unable to accommodate your treatment request, we can place you on our waiting list and contact you should any treatment times become available.
Confirmation of any additional treatments booked will be emailed in advance of your stay.
On arrival, you will be given your treatment card (please check this as soon as possible) – this will show your treatment times, which may commence from 3.30pm on arrival and finish by 12 noon on your day of departure.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact times in advance of your stay. If you wish to change times, please contact Spa Reception who will be happy to do this, although during busy hours it may not be possible. We endeavour to allocate the same times for guests visiting together.
If you have been ill or received medical treatment within the last 6 months, please consult your doctor before booking treatments (a doctors letter may be required for certain medical conditions.
Please refrain from using mobile phones in the spa area.
Some treatments may restrict your use of the pool and heat treatments.
Intake of alcohol 24 hours prior to treatments should be moderated.
24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all additional treatments, otherwise the full charge will be made.
Treatments are suitable for 16 years and over, unless otherwise stated.
