Spring Lunch Menu
Good food is essential to wellbeing and at Stobo Castle, we offer variety and choice to tempt every palate.
Informal dining means that most people choose to eat a relaxed lunch in-between treatments during the day. In the evening, the atmosphere remains relaxed, however guests are asked to dress in a smart/casual manner.
Our Executive Head Chef, Stephen King and his team create seasonal dishes using the finest produce Scotland has to offer. To complement this, Stephen has introduced a daily specials board with choices to satisfy every appetite. In addition, a vegan lunch menu and vegan dinner menu are available, however if you have any specific dietary requirements, please advise us prior to arrival and we will be delighted to accommodate your requests.
And in case you were wondering, wonderful desserts are on the menu, as is champagne and fine wine.
At Stobo, self-denial is a matter of choice.
Breakfast – served between 7.30 – 9.15am*
Lunch – served between 12.00 – 1.45pm*
Dinner – served between 6.30 – 8.15pm
*A small continental breakfast bag or takeaway lunch box option are also available on request.
The Courtyard Cafe
The Courtyard Cafe features banquettes & comfortable seating, and décor using subtle lighting, smoked mirrors, plush fabrics and designer wallpapers.
The breakfast menu (served from 8.30am to 10.00am) offers a range of tasty dishes from avocado on toast with a perfectly poached egg to a traditional bacon roll – the perfect start to a Spa Day!
The new daytime menu offers delicious light lunch options as well as a selection of sweet treats, freshly baked in-house. Why not arrive a little early and enjoy a bite to eat before checking in for your spa break?
Take in breath-taking views of the pool and countryside beyond whilst sipping your choice from our menu of over 30 cocktails, featuring new and classic combinations of decadent flavours. Our dedicated gin menu is also proving very popular!
Palm trees, pineapple lamps and bamboo finishes combine to create a paradise-themed, relaxing space for all to enjoy.
