Our Fitness Analysis is made up of several easy-to-perform tests that will guage current fitness levels. We test resting and exercise heart rates, blood pressure, body fat composition, lung capacity, flexibility and muscle endurance. Please also use this time to discuss any health and fitness concerns you may have with the instructor.

PERSONAL TRAINING  £40.00 per hour

Personal Training is a one-hour session with an instructor. After consultation and goal setting, a personal programme is drawn up. Guests can choose from a variety of activities in the gym, exercise studio, pool or outdoors.

Please note that gym kit and trainers must be worn in the gym and for the fitness analysis.
